Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment to allow enough time to check in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to ensure that our appointment schedule runs efficiently, we require 24 hours notice when cancelling appointments for salon and spa services. We require a credit card number in order to book all spa services with a value over $50. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior, 50% of the service value will be charged to your credit card.
MEDICAL
Guests who have high blood pressure, diabetes, heart conditions, are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have any other medical concerns are advised to consult their doctor before booking spa services. Please advise us of allergies so that we may use products that are appropriate for you.
